Faith Lutheran offers Sunday School for age 3 - high school, following the Sunday Worship Service (Sept-May). In addition, Vacation Bible School is held during the summer for ages 4 - 5th grade.  Adult classes are offered at other times throughout the year. Confirmation classes for grades 6 - 8 are held on Wednesday evenings.

Hey youth, do you want to understand your faith more? If you answered yes then you must get involved in our youth group! Come by and bring a friend with you. Our church has wonderful opportunities for kids your age. We will help guide you and grow your faith in God while getting to know others your age.

We offer Junior Lutheran Youth Fellowship (JLYF) for those in grades 4-6, and a Lutheran Youth Fellowship (YouthLead) group for grades 7-12th.

Mike Blankenfeld, a lay leader, works part-time with pastor to plan, promote and carry out youth group activities. Mike also is currently teaching the 8th grade Confirmation class, which looks at Christian Apologetics.

6-8th grade confirmation classes, utilizing new Concordia Publishing House series.

JLYF (4-6th grades) youth group meets about once per month Sept-April for assorted activities, devotions, etc.

YouthLead (7-12th grades) youth group meets twice per month (Sept-April) for Bible study, activities, etc.

Our Church strives to make a positive impact on as many individuals and families throughout our community. 

Various service opportunities are offered throughout the year for various ages.

We also offer fellowship opportunities throughout the year. It’s a great time to connect with others and to grow friendships.


We welcome college students from both Northwestern College and nearby Dordt University in Sioux Center as their church home-away-from-home.

Faith supports the work of Zestos, which is a local Christian organization providing food, clothing and other assorted resources to area families in need.

Faith also supports the Orange City Food Pantry, located at American Reformed Church in town.

Faith’s expanded and remodeled facilities are utilized by various area groups for ongoing and special occasion needs, i.e. Scouts, Hope Haven support group, weekly Senior meal site (Tuesdays at 11:30 am)
